So the average 200 pound person will burn about 68 calories per hour just sitting in a chair and 100% of that is FAT! Well that is awesome, lets just sit in a chair, oh wait we usually consume far more than an average of 68 calories per hour right, so I guess we still need to workout, rats!

Uh Oh, guess what, if we hit at least THREE resistance or High Interval classes a week we will not only burn more calories during the workout but also at rest! In fact we can burn an extra 500 calories a week and lose an extra 7 pounds of fat a year just by hitting three classes a week!
